Shipping policy
Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days from the time you place your order. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with the tracking number so you can follow your order until it is delivered. Your order will be shipped with PostNord, DAO, DHL or GLS - depending on your country. You can upon checkout also choose to pick up your order in the shop - at no additional charges of course. You will receive an e-mail confirming when the goods are ready for pick-up.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. HEIM reserves the right to change the price for freight without notice (will be updated on this page). Fee for uncollected package or unsuccessful delivery attempts If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful or the package is returned to us because it has not been collected a fee of DKK 100 will be payable. A new delivery attempt will be charged at the same price as the original freight cost.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE - IMPORTANT! Be sure to check the goods for any damage as soon as you receive the delivery. Goods with visible external shipping damage should be claimed from us. You have to have the damage noted on your bill of lading from the shipping company in connection with the receipt. Ask the driver to note the damage and sign it. If you should discover hidden defects or transport damages after opening the package, please let us know ASAP and within 4 days of receipt. At any transport damage contact info@heimcph.dk and attach the message with clear pictures of the damage including the external packaging - remember to state your order number as well. For us to be able to claim damaged goods to the shipping company, we need to notify them about the transport damage within a maximum of 4-5 work days. We are therefore grateful if you report the damage to us within that time. If the transport is provided without endorsement, or by proxy, the transport may not be claimed.
