Astre Incense holder

A sculptural incense holder from Astier de Villatte’s Astre collection, featuring a beautifully fluted bowl with a delicate scalloped edge, elevated on a small pedestal. Its softly irregular form and luminous white glaze give the piece an elegant, almost antique character.

Designed to hold a single incense stick, the bowl catches falling ash while serving as a decorative object in its own right.

Handmade in Paris using traditional techniques, each piece is crafted from black terracotta clay and finished with Astier de Villatte’s signature milky white glaze. Subtle variations and traces of the hand make every piece unique.
